By using the Lavi app or the lavi.uz website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of service
Lavi is an app for discovering and saving recipes, cooking step by step, and importing recipes from other links. Some features (adding recipes, writing comments, saving) require creating an account.
Your account
- Your account information must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity.
User content
Recipes, photos, comments, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within Lavi. Do not post content that infringes on others' rights, is abusive, or is illegal — such content may be removed without notice.
Lavi Plus subscription
- Lavi Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed; the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- No refund is given for the unused portion of a period, except as required by Apple's policies.
Prohibited use
Using the app for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or in ways that damage the service (automated requests, reverse engineering, and so on) is prohibited.
No warranty
Lavi is provided «as is.» Nutritional information or preparation times in recipes may be approximate — please verify before making decisions related to allergies or special diets.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of Lavi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
